Star Dream, located outside the public library in Royal Oak, MI. I am bewildered.
The expression on this metal lady's face is one I like to call A-Deep-Breath-of-Fresh-Lake-Air. Seen often in JC Penney catalogs but almost never fully realized in large-scale public works of art.
