When Did Everything Turn Into Diamonds? And, Can It Please Happen at My House but with Real Diamonds. Thanks.

Holy cow, it’s faceted surfaces everywhere! Some mirrored, others made of tougher stuff.

Where did this trend come from? Does anyone else feel like it happened overnight? We must have reached some sort of tipping point in design – one where just painting shizz gold isn’t quite enough. Nope, now we shall strew our interiors with straight up diamonds.

I can’t say, “Mama like” quite yet but I’m slightly, sliiiightly tempted. Who knows, I just might pick up a pair of big, fat cubic zirconias at the gas station on the way home tonight – just to try this trend out for myself.
