It’s Friday…Look at These Friggin Biblical Plague Animals

July 30, 2010

In honor of the cicadas hanging out on my back patio (read: concrete stair landing with a view of the alley), I present to you these biblical plague animals. I know cicadas aren’t THE biblical locusts but will ignore that fact for the purposes of this post. And because saying ‘biblical plague animals’ is fun.

Cicadas, I thank you for being gentle giants and for your fun, ratchet-y noises.  Happy FreedyFROOOOO!!!

A cicada sunset. Hallo, my glowy, robot-type friend!

Yes, please. I'll take a dozen. A dozen baby frogs on quarters. (Oops, it's a dime.)

That frog is on a dime, even! Takes up a small section of a dime!

What do you know? You’re right!

I guess this proves that I love quarters more than dimes and that I think all coins are quarters.
